By signing this Agreement to Section I: Rental Fee, the Renter agrees to the following. Please checkbox each section indicting your agreement to comply with all statements therein. *

I Understand

A.Rental Fee. 50% of the Rental Fee is due upon receipt and acceptance of a signed agreement at which time the Event Date will be reserved. The other 50% is due 90 days prior to the Event Date. If the Event does not end at the time specified above, the Renter will be charged $100.00 per hour beginning with the first minute. (Please check box next to the rental package you have selected.) *

B. The Refundable Clean-Up Deposit: The Refundable Clean-up Deposit is due ten (10) days prior to the event. A Frayser Connect check will be mailed to the Renter five to ten business days following the Event if there is no damage to the facilities and grounds and all clean-up requirements listed in the Supplemental Information for Grounds Usage. *

C. Cancellation/Refund: the Renter will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund for cancellation ninety-one (91) calendar days or more before the Event. Rental Fees for events cancelled ninety (90) calendar days or less before the Event are NOT refundable. Cancellation refunds will be mailed to the Contact Person listed above. *

D. Returned Checks: there will be a $100.00 fee for any returned check. The Renter has five (5) business days after the check fails to clear to pay for the Rental Fee and Returned Check Fee in cash or by credit card.

By signing this Agreement to Section II: Inclement Weather, the Renter agrees to the following. Please checkbox indicting your agreement to comply with all statements therein *

I Understand

Inclement Weather: in the event of inclement weather, the Event may be rescheduled for a later date or the Renter may request a refund, in which case all but ($50) of the Rental Fee will be refunded. Inclement Weather is defined as severe thunderstorms, flooding, snow, sleet, hail and/or tornadoes as defined by the National Weather Service. Rain alone is not deemed to be Inclement Weather. *

I Understand

The Renter is responsible for providing any labor necessary to set-up and break down rented equipment, chairs, and tables. All food, beverages, cans and trash must be removed and placed in the dumpster by 11pm. Included in the Rental: exclusive use of The Connect Center, a catering kitchen, community room. By signing this Agreement Section IV: Additional Terms of the Agreement, the Renter agrees to the following. Please checkbox each section indicting your agreement to comply with all statements there in. *

I Understand

Additional terms of the agreement: the Renter and Renter's Guests shall use and occupy the Connect Center in a safe, careful and respectful manner so as not to injure any persons or damage any property. Failure by any individual or group to follow all applicable rules and regulations will be cause for immediate eviction. Repeated violations may result in denial of future reservation request. Events with an expected attendance of 100 people or more will require additional staffing and are subject to a $150.00 fee. All rentals, catering and entertainment arrangements and fees are the responsibility of the Renter. The Renter shall leave the The Connect Center as he/she found them and will be held responsible for any damage incurred by the Renter's guests and /or vendors, (i.e.: caterers or performers). Immediately upon demand, the Renter shall pay the cost of any and all damages the The Connect Center grounds. The Connect Center is not liable for accidents or injuries to persons or property occurring during rental events. The Renter, guests and vendors must vacate the Connect Center by 11pm. Failure to vacate by 11pm will result in a $100.00 per hour charge assessed beginning at 11:01pm. The Renter must allow sufficient time following the conclusion of the Event clean-up and removal of all decorations and other items brought onto the Connect Center property before the 1100pm deadline The Connect Center is NOT responsible in any manner for damage, destruction, or loss of any property or other items occurring prior to, during, or following the Event. Damage to technical equipment is not the reposnibility of The Connect Center. The Renter uses power at his/her own risk. The Renter agrees to advise all vendors and caterers about the clean-up requirements. All vendors and caterers must breakdown and remove their goods and clean up before 11:00pm. The grounds are handicap accessible. *

By signing this Agreement Section VI: Access to the Grounds and Event Hours, the Renter agrees to the following. Please checkbox each section indicting your agreement to comply with all statements there in. *

I Understand

The Renter has access to the grounds beginning at 11 am the day of the event to set-up decor, and exclusive use of the property from _____ to ____ Permission must be obtained in advance and in writing for BBQ trailers/Food Trucks or similar items to brought onto the Connect Center grounds. *

By signing this Agreement Section III: Party Rentals and rules for Vendors, the Renter agrees to the following. Please checkbox each section indicting your agreement to comply with all statements there in. *

I Understand

All vendors must vacate the grounds by 11:00pm, including and light vendors. Vendors on the property past 11:00pm will result in a $150.00 per hour fine.Alcohol must be served by a TN Alcoholic Beverage Commission licensed bartender. Servers and /or caterers must have a copy of server's permits onsite. *

By signing this Agreement Section IV: Decorations and Set-Up, the Renter agrees to the following. Please checkbox each section indicting your agreement to comply with all statements there in. *

I Understand

The date of the Event on the Rental Agreement is the only day available to set up chairs and decorate. Attempting to decorate the day before will result in the Renter being charged another day rental Arches may not be left on the property after the Event. Please have vendors pick up their equipment immediately after the Event No decorations may be placed on the fence, hammered in the trees or hung on the columns in the courtyard Extension cords used crossing over walkways are not allowed unless they are covered appropriately to prevent a tripping hazard. *

I Understand

Breaking down of equipment, stacking tables and chairs at the conclusion of the function is the Renter's responsibility and not that of the Connect Center staff. Tables and chairs should be stacked neatly. Linens should be placed in a neat pile Indemnification: the Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the Connect Center, its officials, employees and volunteers, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from the use of the building/premises, sustained by any person or persons, provided that any such claim, damage, loss, or expense is attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or to omission of the Renter, its employees, agents, volunteers or subcontractors.
